In a letter to employees posted on the company’s website, Starbucks Chief Operating Officer Mike Grams said that his team has “identified locations where we do not believe we can consistently deliver the experience we want for customers and partners or where we don’t see a path to acceptable financial performance.”The letter, however, did not formally list the 250 locations slated for closure.
