#6 Ranked Miami Faces CMU: 3 Ways to Stream the Game for Free This Saturday

It is finally football season in the Pacific Northwest. While we wait for the rain to clear, the Miami Hurricanes are busy taking up space in the Top 6 rankings of the college football world. The Miami Hurricanes (3-0) take on the Central Michigan Mustangs (2-1) today. Kickoff happens at 3:30 p.m. PT/6:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The game is at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. For the folks in the Northwest, that means a lunchtime watch party. The No. 6 ranked team wants to stay unbeaten while avoiding an upset against the tough CMU squad.

Getting a signal for this one requires a bit of tech savvy. The broadcast is on The CW Network. This channel can be tricky to find for cord-cutters. You cannot simply flip through the basic tiers. You need to look for streaming options. The Oregonian/OregonLive notes that you can watch this action live for free with a Fubo trial. Another option is a DIRECTV trial if The CW is available in your local market. However, some markets struggle to stream The CW signal.

For those willing to spend money to save money, there is a clever workaround. You can buy a Sling "Season Pass" for $199. Pair this with a basic HDTV antenna. This mix gives you access to nearly every channel airing college football this season. You can also see the game if you purchase an indoor antenna from a local retailer. The Onn Indoor Dual Color Amplified Antenna has a 50-mile range and can help you catch the signal if the digital signals get fuzzy. This is a practical solution for the gridlocked traffic of South Florida.
